Biography

Frederick Bardeau is a political scientist and business intelligence gatherer with a passion for cyber-culture, activism, empowerment and digital inclusion.

He has spent fifteen years working as a consultant, speaker, trainer and social entrepreneur developing motivation, a power to act, and engendering the potential for innovation enabled by the Internet, social media, NGOs , associations, foundations, and the Solidarity Economy.

Following his solidary logic he founded LIMITE in 2008, the first pure player agency on responsable communication. It employs a dozen of people for 3 million euros CA.
In 2013, Bardeau co-founded the social enterprise Simplon.com. Its main aim is innovation within social projects, manufacturing web and mobile applications, encouraging developers and entrepreneurs from diverse neighbourhoods and modest backgrounds.

In June 2014, he was elected director of the NGO fighting against corruption. Frederick is the co-author of “Anonymous, can they change the world?” and “Reading, writing, arithmetic coding

Frédéric Bardeau was selected among the Ashoka network of social entrepreneurs for his work getting together pioneers of social innovation around the world, more than 3000 Fellows.
