Jörg Löhr began his career as a Handball player. He played 94 times for the German national team, recording numerous victories in the Europa Cup, German Cup games and was German champion on a number of occasions.

“It's a funny thing about life; if you refuse to accept anything but the best, you very often get it." This saying by W. Somerset Maugham has become a guiding principle of his work, when Löhr became a business consultant and the owner of several businesses after his playing career had finished.

In 1995 he founded "JÖRG LÖHR Erfolgstraining” (Success Training) and began the second great career in his life. as a highly regarded Success Trainer.
All his seminars have a clear goal: to match the highest expectations in Feasability, Effectiveness, Authenticity, Enthusiasm and lasting Success. He takes complicated processes and makes them simple, effective and easy to put into practice.

As well as advising top sports people, he has a list of corporate clients that includes, IBM, Oracle, Allianz, SAP, DaimlerChrysler, Deutsche Telekom, GlaxoSmithKline, L’Oréal and BMW.

Jörg Löhr was described by the SAT1 TV network as “Europe’s No.1 personal trainer”, while Die Zeit described him as “the most successful motivational trainer in the World”

His own personal success demonstrates the effectiveness of his methods, which are the basis of his own motivation and enthusiasm.
