Michael is currently the Chief Talent & Leadership Development Officer for the Al Faisaliah Group, an investment holding company owned by members of the Royal Family in Saudi Arabia.
Since march 2015 he is Chief Talent & Leadership Development Officer at Private. He is also a member of the Executive Committee and Board Advisor. Prior to that he was the Group Vice President for Talent & Leadership Development for Emirates Telecommunications Corporation, an $18 billion multinational UAE-based telecom company where he was responsible for the development and succession management of the company’s Operating CEO’s, Board Directors, the entire C-Suite of executives and VPs and Directors. He was an Advisory Board member for the Etisalat Academy and a member of the Global HR Strategy Committee. Michael was also head of the Global Leadership Institute for Rockwell Automation. As a business owner and consultant, Mike led efforts with Fortune 500 and global firms in creating and implementing high-profile, strategic leadership initiatives built around each business’ strategic imperatives, organizational change initiatives and pressing business challenges. He has coached senior executives and McKinsey consultants around the world by offering practical insights and actionable solutions. Michael is DDI “Master Certified” and has delivered leadership sessions at international, national and regional conferences, global webinars and universities. He has authored articles in leading magazines such as “Chief Learning Officer,” “CEO Middle East,” “Talent Magazine,” etc.
