“I didn’t want to wake up. I was having a much better time asleep. And that’s really sad. It was almost like a reverse nightmare, like when you wake up from a nightmare you’re so relieved. I woke up into a nightmare.”

‘Mind Talks’ is aimed at providing an online ‘home’ for those concerned with their mental health, whether suffering directly or indirectly or simply having a bad day.

There is no ‘one size fits all’ with mental illness: we all have to make our own journey and discover what formula works for us.  Mind Talks wants to help and support people on this journey by providing inspiration, education and conversation.

Through film, interviews and speeches, we hope to de-mystify the notion that speaking about how we feel is somehow a weakness and want to promote language which prioritises mental health.
