With over 25 years of experience in the dynamics of professional relationships, Andy Lopata is a globally sought-after speaker, author, and mentor. His insights into networking have been distilled into six influential books, including The Financial Times Guide to Mentoring, which was named runner-up for Leadership Book of the Year 2024 by The Institute of Leadership. This latest work has cemented Andy’s reputation as a leading authority on mentoring and professional relationship strategy, offering practical frameworks that are reshaping how organisations think about talent and leadership development.

Andy’s impact has been recognised with prestigious accolades including induction into the Professional Speaking Association’s (PSA) Hall of Fame and his status as a Fellow of both the PSA and the Learning and Performance Institute.
