Monika Sattler is a renowned keynote speaker, mental coach, author and two-time cyclist record holder who specializes in empowering individuals and organizations to break mental boundaries, make courageous decisions, and achieve sustainable top performance. With a unique blend of corporate experience and elite sports background, Monika helps people navigate uncertainty, embrace change, and cultivate resilience.

Her journey began with a desire to become a secret agent, leading her to study International Security in the U.S., with a focus on nuclear weapons. After working at the IMF and the World Bank, Monika made a bold leap into professional sports and later management consulting. Despite facing setbacks, including failure in her athletic career, Monika transformed these challenges into powerful lessons in perseverance and mental strength.
At the age of 30, Monika experienced a pivotal reinvention, realizing that many people struggle with change, fear of stepping out of their comfort zones, and navigating uncertainty. This insight became the foundation for her mission: to help others break through their limits and achieve their goals with confidence and resilience.

Monika is also a two-time cycling record holder. Her most recent achievement, the 124 Swiss Passes Challenge, not only set a new record but was also documented in an 80-minute film, showcasing the mental strength and perseverance needed to achieve such an extraordinary feat. This accomplishment, along with her latest book “Because Success is Not What You Think”, reflects her belief that with the right mindset, even the most impossible goals can be reached.
