Pawan Verma is an author and management consultant from the Indian financial services sector. He has authored a book on leadership in the 21st century, which is in the publication process currently.
During his corporate career, Verma has played leadership roles in both large and established businesses as well as in green-field start up ventures. As the Chief Operating Officer of Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance – a multi-national joint venture between Bank of India, Union Bank of India and Dai-ichi Life Insurance of Japan – he led the setting up, launching and nurturing the company to a prominent position in the industry.
Pawan Verma has also served as the Group CEO of the KnowSys Group of Companies and played leadership roles in India’s large public and private sector enterprises like, the Life Insurance Corporation of India, Reliance Group of Industries and the Reliance ADA Group.
