Biography

Sonia Díez PhD. is an international thought leader, entrepreneur and speaker on educational transformation, human-centred leadership and sustainability. Her work sits at the intersection of education, leadership, artificial intelligence and purpose, with a strong focus on real-world impact.

She is the founder of EducAcción, promoter of the Observatory for the Future of Education, and driving force behind the EducAcción Chair at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where she applies research and action-oriented strategies for lifelong learning transformation.

Sonia serves as an advisor and member of international scientific boards, including the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, and has been named one of Spain’s Top 100 Women Business Leaders.

As a speaker, she helps individuals and organisations shift from control-based models to cultures of continuous learning and adaptation in an exponential and uncertain world.
