Biography

Anthony is better known as “The Telephone Assassin” and he’s on a mission to get businesses talking again and stop people from hiding behind their emails and social media. As a conversational strategist he builds confidence, and gives structure and techniques to help his clients to get in front of more of their ideal customers and getting more business from their existing clients. Not just B2B or B2C… Anthony does H2H (human to human) giving people the skills to stay in control of their conversations and showing them how to get people to take action as a result of speaking to you.

Anthony’s style is energetic and his talks are always sprinkled with humour to ensure people don’t just learn, but enjoy the session too. Specialising in ‘difficult conversations’ he can help you improve customer service and drive sales results. After making calls for a huge range of business’, he found himself as the sales or marketing manager for 5 different companies all at the same time, and realised that his growing waiting list of clients needed to be serviced too. After working closely with an NLP master trainer he was able to teach people to “fish for themselves” as he started to really understand the power of his communication style, so combined with the structure he had developed, Anthony began to run a Telemarketing Masterclass and deliver keynotes across the globe.

Not realising just how many people are daunted by picking up the phone to a potential customer, calling someone to deliver bad news, or addressing an awkward situation/customer, Anthony has developed a selection of mini master-classes that would help people to, Avoid Rejection, Get past the gatekeeper, Perfect their pitch and Build rapport fast over the phone and much more… so ideal for a breakout sessions or follow on training.
