Originally known as “The Telephone Assassin”, Anthony built his reputation helping people overcome their fear of the phone and have more confident, effective sales conversations. But after more than 15 years working with organisations and teams around the world, his work has evolved far beyond the telephone.

Today, Anthony helps businesses understand and improve their communication culture – the hundreds of conversations happening every day between customers, colleagues, managers and teams that ultimately influence results. Because while businesses measure sales, conversion, customer satisfaction, retention and revenue, Anthony believes those outcomes often begin much earlier.
