Dali Hammouch is a Transformational Leadership Coach and Change Management Guide, empowering leaders, teams, and organizations to create meaningful and lasting change. Throughout his 25-year career as a business and human resources leader, organizational development consultant, and Chief Learning Officer, in world-class organizations like Sony, Rio Tinto, Mouvement Desjardins, Hewlett Packard, and Bank of Montreal, Dali witnessed firsthand that managing change is the cornerstone of success for individuals, teams, and organizations. Today, Dali works as a seasoned and results-driven coaching professional, consultant and facilitator in leadership and organizational development. His dynamic approach, honed through strategic thinking, business acumen, empathetic communication, and holistic development strategies, delivers tangible results for individuals and teams.

Drawing on a rich educational background, Dali holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA), two master’s degrees in human performance Improvement and Human Systems intervention, specializing in enhancing individual and organizational capabilities and in whole system change processes. His academic foundation, combined with his extensive hands-on experience in global and complex organizations, equips him with a deep understanding of human behavior, organizational dynamics, and the subtleties that drive success.
