Biography

Eduard Beltran is a renowned lawyer, consultant, and negotiation expert. He has trained over 15,000 professionals worldwide and advised more than 400 international companies across 60 countries.

He leads the Center For Negotiation (CEFNE) based in London and has worked with top universities like Sciences Po Paris, ESSEC Business School, Complutense University of Madrid, and Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona.

Beltran’s legal career includes roles in international investment projects, dispute management, and as head of the Ministry of Justice’s Department for International Cooperation in France.

He holds degrees in Law and Political Science from the University of Barcelona and Sciences Po Paris, respectively, an LLM from New York University, and has studied at the French École Nationale d’Administration (ENA) and Harvard’s Program on Negotiation.

Eduard Beltran is an accomplished author on leadership, influence, negotiation, and trust, and a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
