Graham Allcott is an author, keynote speaker and the original “Productivity Ninja.” He is best known for his international bestsellers How to Be a Productivity Ninja and KIND: The quiet power of kindness at work, which was awarded Best People, Culture & Management Book at the 2024 Business Book Awards. Graham’s mission is to help people and organisations work with more clarity, focus and kindness.

His ideas have reached millions via The Financial Times, The Times, Forbes, The Guardian, Stylist and The i Paper. He founded Think Productive, now one of the world’s leading productivity training companies, with teams across four continents.
