The book also explores what you as a business leader need AI to be —and what you don’t need it to be. Author Richard Heimann unravels the tricky relationship between problems and solutions, exploring the pitfalls in solution-centric management and explaining how businesses should rethink “AI” in a way that aligns with their cultures, goals, and values.
