Shehab Khan is a multi-award-winning Presenter and Political Correspondent for ITV News. He regularly appears presenting and reporting on the ITV national bulletins and has featured on several ITV News special programmes.
Primarily based in Westminster, Shehab has also reported from around the world. He has covered the biggest stories in the last few years, from Brexit, Prime Ministers resigning and partygate, to the war in Ukraine and the death of Queen Elizabeth.
Shehab has conducted major interviews with several world leaders and senior politicians including Rishi Sunak and three other British Prime Ministers.
In 2023 Shehab presented and wrote “The Hajj: A Journey Through Mecca”, a powerful and enlightening ITV documentary film about his pilgrimage to Saudia Arabia, which won critical acclaim.
Shehab also has a strong social media following, attracting millions of views each month on his TikTok account and was the co-host of the ITV News podcast “Calling Peston”.
Hired as the youngest staff reporter at The Independent, Shehab has won several awards for his journalism. He spent time based at the European Parliament covering Brexit and was a regular commentator representing the organisation on the BBC, Sky News and LBC.
