He is the founder of AI Risk, a specialist innovation firm focused on the effective deployment of new digital workforces that transform the fundamental economics of firms. While most organisations remain stuck at Level 1 AI maturity, running pilots with chatbots and copilots, Simon’s work focuses on more advanced forms of Agentic AI such as Agentic Teams: autonomous AI systems that work alongside humans to deliver 3-10x capacity expansion at a fraction of traditional costs.
