Biography

Jennifer Quigley-Jones is the CEO & Founder of Digital Voices, an award-winning global Influencer Marketing agency. They help brands drive global customer acquisition at scale through partnerships with content creators. Digital Voices has grown rapidly, with offices in both the USA and UK, and clients including DoorDash, Unilever, Meta, Dungeons and Dragons, and Adobe.

She has appeared on Sky News, BBC News and Channel 4, and been featured in Forbes, WIRED, and The Express. Alongside media appearances, Jennifer speaks at international conferences, trains Fortune 500 companies and has spoken at YouTube, Social Media Week and the Digital Leadership Forum.

Started by herself aged 26, with just a £500 personal investment, Digital Voices has grown to an international team of over 55 people with over seven figures in revenue. Digital Voices works with clients across many sectors including tech, travel, gaming, B2B and household brands. Jenny believes in harnessing the power of creators to engage communities and make content that your customers want to watch, not ads they want to skip.

Before founding Digital Voices, Jennifer Quigley-Jones worked at YouTube. Whilst at Google, Jenny taught UK creators and brands to grow organically – without spending money on advertising. The role involved data analysis to strategically advise brands on video – at the cutting edge of media and advertising. She advised over 500 partners on online strategy from a variety of industries – including The Economist, to UNHCR, to music labels to gamers.

Prior to YouTube, she completed her Master’s at Harvard University in Middle Eastern Studies, on a generous full scholarship from the Kennedy Memorial Trust. Whilst there, she specialised in the Syrian crisis and worked with many non-profits and social enterprises, including the International Committee of the Red Cross and the United Nations.

"Was the session helpful? “Yes! We really needed help streamlining our thinking to give our social content a clear direction. The initial workshop where you went through industry best practise and best-in-class examples was really helpful for the team and allowed us to identify what we did and didn't want graze to look like and what kind of content was important to us as a brand. The second session really helped us solidify this thinking, and the content pillars you've worked up has given us a clear direction.” Phoebe Muchmore, Graze
