The discipline Jennifer helped shape from the inside. How brands and creators build real partnerships, where the money flows next, and why many established influencer strategies are no longer working.
How creators are changing the way attention, trust and commerce work, what comes next for the Creator Economy, and how brands can build meaningful relationships with audiences through creators.
The unfiltered story of building and selling a company: spotting a market before it exists, scaling through the messy middle, and knowing when to hold and when to exit.
How attention, trust and commerce are colliding, and what that means for brands trying to reach consumers who increasingly tune out or distrust traditional advertising.
The playbook and pitfalls of building a service business that is actually worth selling: winning clients, building a team and culture that scales, protecting margins, and positioning for an eventual exit.
Jennifer Quigley-Jones is a Creator Economy expert, entrepreneur and keynote speaker who built and scaled one of the world’s leading influencer marketing agencies before successfully exiting the business in 2026.
Jennifer founded Digital Voices in 2017, aged 26, with just £500 and no external investment. Over nine years, she grew the business to a team of 80 across four countries, delivering campaigns in 36 markets for global brands including Unilever, DoorDash and Adobe. In January 2026, Digital Voices was acquired by PMG, where Jennifer is now VP Strategy & Partnerships, building the future of Influencer Marketing through strategy and technology.
Before founding Digital Voices, Jennifer worked at YouTube, advising hundreds of leading UK creators on content strategy and monetisation. This experience gave her an early view of the fundamental shift taking place in how attention, trust and commerce work online.
Today, Jennifer speaks and advises on the Creator Economy, influencer marketing, entrepreneurship and marketing strategy, bringing the perspective of an operator who has helped shape the industry from the inside. With 25k followers on Linkedin, she has spoken at TEDx, Cannes Lions and SXSW, appeared on BBC News and Sky News, and shared her expertise on stages across seven countries.
Jennifer holds a Master’s in Middle Eastern Studies from Harvard University, where she studied on a full Kennedy Scholarship. Her recent recognition includes AdWeek’s Brand Genius Award 2026, AdWeek Future is Female 2025 and Influencer 100 2025.
