Yulia’s anti-corruption work spans from strategic policy development to practical implementation. During her tenure as Head of Odesa Customs, she implemented comprehensive anti-corruption reforms that became a model for institutional transformation, including innovative recruitment practices, process automation, and the establishment of robust oversight mechanisms. As Co-Chair of The Independent Defense Anti-Corruption Committee (NAKO), she led initiatives to strengthen transparency in Ukraine’s defense sector.
