Celebrating 30 years of LSB is truly special. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most inspiring and influential voices of our time like José Manuel Barroso, Jean Claude Juncker and Sigmar Gabriel bringing insight, expertise and innovation not only to our clients but also to me personally.

When I started, we were sending biographies by fax from a small office on King Street, Hammersmith. The first speaker I booked was Richard Needham (former UK Minister), followed by George Bush Senior just after the Gulf War.
I was 25 years old—eager and ambitious—and I traveled the world building this brand. Now, many years later, I’m still here: a little less intense, married for 14 years, and the proud parent of two children. It hasn’t always been easy, but LSB has been a constant.

Born in 1994
Our journey began in 1994, co-founded by Tom Kenyon-Slaney. Over the decades, LSB has expanded to 33 locations, including key offices in New York, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, Delhi, Muscat and Istanbul. This growth was fueled by a commitment to creating meaningful connections across continents, cultures, and industries. Along the way, we've faced challenges that taught us resilience, celebrated achievements that strengthened our resolve, and held fast to an unwavering vision of progress.
With each step, our team of over 100 colleagues—spread across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and North America—have been deeply shaped by the experience, gaining insight into regional economies, political landscapes, and global opportunities.
