In today’s fast-moving business world, attention is short, trust is fragile, and most presentations fall flat. Beth Sherman teaches professionals how to use humour—not simply for laughs, but for connection, persuasion, and impact. She translates the tools of comedy into actionable strategies that help teams engage audiences, pitch with personality, and lead with authenticity.

Beth has 30 years of experience as a stand-up comedian, performing on stages everywhere from Las Vegas to Iraq, and she’s a seven-time Emmy Award-winning comedy writer, with writing credits that include The Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Ellen, and the Academy Awards, where she’s written funny and engaging content for A-listers like Tom Hanks, Helen Mirren, and Queen Latifah.

Now Beth brings her vast creative experience to the business stage – delivering high-energy keynotes and masterclasses packed with laughter, insight and practical strategies. Whether she’s working with sales teams, senior leaders or speakers, Beth helps people unlock their human advantage in a world increasingly dominated by AI and automation.

“Despite being the final session of our conference and conflicting with an England match in the Euros, Beth's content and delivery attracted a full house and kept our delegates fully-engaged throughout.” Samme Allen, Knowledge Director, The Meetings Show
