Daniel Kafer is a global futurist and AI strategy advisor specializing in AI-driven organizational redesign. He works with CEOs, CHROs, and transformation leaders to rethink how organizations operate as artificial intelligence reshapes work, decision-making, and leadership.

His work focuses on a fundamental shift: most organizations are built for coordination, while the winners are redesigning for amplification. Rather than applying AI to existing structures, Daniel helps leadership teams redesign operating models, roles, and capabilities to unlock exponential performance.

Daniel brings senior executive experience from Meta, where he served as Country Head in Denmark with a Nordic remit, and from Ooredoo Group, where he led digital transformation and AI-driven innovation across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. In these roles, he worked closely with leadership teams at Google, Microsoft, TikTok, and Snapchat, translating emerging technologies into real organizational and commercial outcomes.
As co-author of Hyperintelligence (Wiley, 2025), Daniel explores how intelligence evolves across humans, machines, and systems, and what this means for leadership and organizations.
