Harish Bijoor is a Brand specialist operating out of Bangalore where he runs Harish Bijoor Consults Inc. a boutique consulting outfit with a presence in Hong Kong, Seattle, London, Dubai and the Indian Sub-continent.
Prior to founding Harish Bijoor Consults Inc., he spent 18 months as COO at Zip Telecom and prior to this he was with Tata Coffee Limited.
Harish Bijoor is actively involved in the world of coffee in India, he is a member of many active forums and delivers lectures on the subject in India and Internationally. He is also a member of the Coffee Board of India under the Union Ministry of Commerce. Bijoor is an active member of the Plantations sub-committee of the Planning Commission for the formulation of the XIth Five-year plan (2007-12).
Harish Bijoor has recently published book titled, ‘Marketing Trends – Smart Insights into the world of Indian Business’, a book with serious content, written in an accessible and contemporary style. He is currently writing his second book on core-branding.
Bijoor is a member on the Board of Directors of a clutch of companies and his passion lies in the arena of good Corporate Governance.
Harish Bijoor has been teaching at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, for the past 8 years.
