Dr. Katharina Balazs is Associate Professor of Leadership in the Strategy, HR & Organization Department at ESCP Europe in Paris, as well as Executive Coach. In her executive development and coaching work she specializes on maximizing performance and driving value et ExCom level, top team and Board dynamics, and works with both teams and individuals. She has worked with, among others, the World Economic Forum, Boehringer Ingelheim, Akzo Nobel, Crédit Agricole, Deutsche Bank, KMPG, Pernod-Ricard, Merck, Siemens, Societé Générale, Vivendi, TUV. In the past she was active as a strategic consultant in Scandinavia, focusing on M & As. She also worked as visiting faculty at Sciences Po and HEC Paris.
Katharina Balazs holds a MA degree from Vienna University, Austria, a DEA from CNAM in Paris, and an MBA, as well as an Executive MS in Coaching & Consulting from INSEAD, in Fontainebleau, France.
