Kylie Wright-Ford joined Reputation Institute as CEO in June 2018 after more than a decade leading service companies through significant growth and transformation. Wright-Ford was most recently the Chief Operating and Strategy Officer for World 50, a company that manages private peer communities enabling CEOs and C-level executives from globally respected organisations. Prior to World 50, she spent seven years as part of the leadership team at New York-based Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), during which time the company more than tripled in number of employees and earnings. Wright-Ford spent the first decade of her career honing her skills in finance, eight years with Goldman Sachs and two with JBWere in Australia.
Recently featured in USA Today among the top 50 CEO's in the United States by Comparably and Top 2 CEO in Massachusetts, Kylie Wright-Ford is a leader of growth and culture based on client insight. Wright-Ford is a member of the Page Society, the Outsell CEO Council, and the American Australian Business Council. She has lived and worked in Australia and the UK before coming to the US in 2006. She is proud to oversee RI’s global team across 10 countries in their mission to unite leadership teams around Reputation through better data, insights, and advice.
Wright-Ford’s personal philosophy is exemplified through her tenacious commitment to an inclusive workplace in every way where colleagues fairly based on their contribution, credentials, experience, and performance. She is the co-author of The Leadership Mind Switch, a book about leadership in the fourth industrial revolution. She earned an MBA from Oxford (2005), an Honors degree in Commerce from Melbourne University, and a Bachelor of Economics from University of New England.
