Lena Bäcker is a global leader with over 30 years of experience in high-level international arenas. In the Swedish government, she served as the Enforcement Director. For many years, she was also the Chairwoman of a high-level government think tank involving EU member states, the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Central Bank, and the European Investment Bank. She was responsible for Sweden’s fiscal matters and the rescue package “Task Force for Greece,” under the international Troika: the IMF, European Central Bank, and European Commission.
Lena has established strong international relationships and has advised several royal families, ministers, and business leaders. Over the past three decades, she has held senior board positions across both public and private sectors. She has received multiple international awards and has been invited as a keynote speaker and guest of honor at numerous high-level global events.
