Ryan Bernsten is a nationally recognized keynote speaker, author, and political storyteller whose work bridges divides in American discourse. He is the author of 50 States of Mind: A Journey to Rediscover American Democracy, a critically acclaimed book chronicling his travels to all 50 U.S. states to speak with leaders, activists, and citizens about the nation’s political future.

He has been a keynote speaker at Lathrop GPM’s State of Litigation Conference, American Public Square, and The Carnegie Club at St. Andrews University in Scotland. Ryan’s writing and commentary have been featured in Newsweek, USA Today, The Kansas City Star, The Infatuation, The Fulcrum, and Oxford Political Review. He is an internationally produced playwright represented by Victoria Morris of Lexikat Artists and former Editorial Director at The Trevor Project, where his work earned a Webby and Gold Telly Award.
