Away from the track, Tom has appeared on broadcast channels such as Eurosport and the BBC, including as a guest commentator and has also featured as a guest on ITV’s the Celebrity Chase. In 2022, the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham marked Tom’s last international race appearance and he crossed the line to standing ovation from 27,000 people. Sky Sports featured his marriage to his long-term partner Harry.
