Alice Temperley is a world renowned fashion designer and founder of Temperley London.
Graduating from the Royal College of Art in London and a year later developed her eponymous label, Temperley London, Alice Temperley continues to head up the creative direction of this Independent British brand as it enters its nineteenth year of business. The company was founded in 2000 and since has launched five standalone stores, across London, Dubai and Qatar, with online distribution reaching 30 countries across upwards of 150 wholesale accounts including Saks 5th Avenue and Selfridges and Net-a-Porter.com.
Temperley developed that brand to enter the bridal fashion industry in 2002 with Temperley Bridal which releases two collections a year and offers bespoke and ready-to-wear styles for its clients.
In 2011, Alice Temperley was awarded an MBE for services to the Fashion Industry and is also a member of the British Fashion Council Advisory Board. Championing women in business, Temperley is involved with several charitable organisations, including recently becoming Ambassador for Women for Women International
