Caroline was the Managing director of Pramerica Ireland, a technology and professional services organisation in Letterkenny. Since its inception in June, 2000, Caroline Faulkner was instrumental in building the organisation from a start up to over 1500 professionals before being sought after to relocate to the parent company Prudential USA head quarters in Newark, New Jersey in 2016. Here she was responsible for amalgamating multiple businesses to build a cohesive and modern customer centric organisation, using transformational technology, streamlined processes and investing in up-skilling staff.
