Ivan Bofarull is a permanent student, thinker, advisor and speaker in the field of disruptive innovation. He is the Chief Innovation Officer at Esade Business School, where he also teaches in Executive Education programs. In recent years, he has designed and taught disruptive innovation courses for the senior management of top companies, family businesses and startups in Silicon Valley, Middle East, Latin America and Europe. His book, “Moonshot Thinking” (3rd edition), a journey to transform disruption into opportunity, received the “best innovation book of the year” award by SDLI, a consultancy.
He has been a strategy advisor at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and has frequently collaborated with institutions like Singularity University, Minerva University, Tecnológico de Monterrey, and BMI – Baltic Management Institute. Ivan is a frequent speaker on innovation and the future of education at corporate meetings and public events such as the Mobile World Congress, World Open Innovation Conference, Lego Education and TEDx, among others. In the last few years, Ivan received the “Educational Innovation” award from Esade and was listed by Forbes as a “top futurist”.
