About Lena Bäcker

Lena Bäcker is a global stateswoman, strategic advisor and premium international keynote speaker with over 35 years of senior European and international experience in government leadership, geopolitical strategy, diplomacy and global governance. As former Enforcement Director within the Swedish Government, she oversaw the Saab Automobile bankruptcy and played a leading role in Sweden’s involvement in the Task Force for Greece during the European debt crisis.

For seven years, she chaired the European Association of Public Banks’ High-Level Think Tank, working with major financial institutions, EU bodies and governments across 44 countries. Her international reach includes strategic engagement with royal houses, heads of state, Nobel laureates and Fortune 100 leaders. Today, as Founder and Chairperson of GGA Group, she provides confidential, high-level advisory on geopolitics, geoeconomics and leadership under pressure. She also serves as Global Chair for Life of The Royal Foundation for Peace. Lena’s distinctive value lies in firsthand experience of consequential decision-making at the highest levels of global power.
