As a boy, Mark aspired to become a pilot, but his colour blindness put a stop to his plans. Determined to stay connected to aviation, he chose a different route, ultimately achieving a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bristol.
Beginning his career at Thomas Cook Group shortly after as Head of Operations Research, Dr. Mark focused on pricing and innovation optimisation. Later, as Director of Commercial Transformation at Global Media & Entertainment, he drove AI and innovation initiatives that set new standards across the industry.
Today, as the founder of Turbulence Group, Dr. Mark helps organizations turn disruptive forces like AI and sustainability into competitive advantages, guiding leaders to not just weather uncertainty but seize it as an opportunity for growth. His hands-on expertise delivers insights that transcend theory, giving leaders the tools to stay ahead.
