In 2019, following the publication of his paper, The State of Deepfakes, which mapped the tangible effects of Generative AI on humankind, Henry became the world’s first Deepfake Cartographer. Since then, he has authored and co-authored reports for several organisations, including the World Economic Forum, The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, MIT, The Law Commission, the Turing Institute and the Royal Society.
Henry’s documentary series for the BBC, The Future Will Be Synthesised, which anticipated the advent of AI and its effects, both good and bad, on humankind, was broadcast in 2022.
Henry Ajder is a globally–recognised media commentator whose work has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, The Atlantic, CNN and Bloomberg. Henry also worked as Policy Head at Metaphysic, Hollywood’s premier AI digital production studio, and was head of Threat Intelligence at Sensity, the world’s first deepfake-detection startup.
