Sophie Bialaszewski – Keynote Speaker

Sophie Bialaszewski is a leader in the fields of people, productivity, culture, and innovation. She has been recognised in the ‘Women in FinTech Power list’ for four consecutive years, a finalist in the ‘Women in Banking and Finance’ awards and has been featured in Forbes celebrating women in leadership. She has delivered talks and workshops in the House of Commons, Lloyds Banking Group, Unilever, Philips, the Post Office and at many conferences including London Tech Week and Innovation Roundtable.

Sophie’s unique background means she is able to bring together policy, campaigns and human centred design to bring a new approach to unlocking the potential of organisations.

As a founding member of the first digital innovation lab leadership team at Lloyd’s Banking Group (LBG) she built and grew the first innovation culture team; running innovation events (circa 15,000 participants) that developed MVPs across insurance , community banking and audit with one in three ideas scaled. Sophie built the first innovation ecosystem with partnerships with global accelerators and coordinated joint government and LBG open innovation challenges for financial literacy.

Sophie Bialaszewski leads the people and capability strategy for enterprise transformation helping people to transition to new ways of working and bringing a happiness advantage into the organisation through positive psychology.

Her strengths are her enthusiasm, ability to connect with others and turning insight and strategy in to action and great experiences for colleagues. Sophie developed the colleague wellbeing journey within enterprise and most recently created the This Is Me canvas that has helped thousands of colleagues become more confident as they understand their best and activate it.
