Didier Bille – Keynote Speaker

After more than 20 years of working as an HR manager for multinationals such as General Electric and Robert Bosch, Didier Bille is now a consultant, author and keynote speaker. He is the author of the bestseller DRH: the grinding machine, in which he reveals the dark side of the managerial practices used in large groups.

After training in the army, Didier Bille began his career as an officer in Germany, the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda. After several years in the army, he graduated as an engineer and moved into the business world, working in Human Resource positions in various major organisations in Europe and the USA. He went on to work in the HR sector for 23 years.

In 2017, tired of the counterproductive drift of “modern” managerial practices, he decided to change his career and wrote the book DRH: the grinding machine. At the same time, he founded Breaking Bad, a consulting company, in which he performs intra-company and inter-company mediation missions, is involved in crisis management and aids in the restructuring of whole departments.

Having trained as a chef, Didier Bille has worked with Michelin-starred chefs and is currently training to obtain a baking diploma.

Today, Didier Bille is dedicated to his consulting work, volunteers with associations working in the field of the social and solidarity economy and shares his thoughts on issues such as the social link, human resources, the liberated company and business theories we should disregard.
