Her 20-year career leading blue-chip marketing teams provides her with a deep understanding of organisational challenges, whilst her incredible feat of rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic with undiagnosed cancer makes her story truly inspirational.

As a working mother of three, Felicity understands the juggling act that many professionals face daily. Her story isn’t just about personal triumph. It’s about showing that extraordinary feats are within the grasp of “ordinary” individuals, and that we are all capable of so much more than we think. She doesn’t just rely on past adventures, but continues to put her strategies and tools into practice by challenging herself. In May 2025, she marked 3 years since her cancer diagnosis by completing the Everest marathon, and is currently training to row 2,800 miles across the mid-Pacific in June 2026. She has also recently published her number one best-selling book, ’Stronger than the Storm’, a raw and personal account of her story of adventure and adversity.
