Leadership Challenges

Leadership for a Sustainable Future in an increasingly global and complex society with sustainable development in focus, the demands on leaders to take responsibility for the challenges we face are escalating. The necessary transformation of societies and organizations requires courageous leadership on all levels. Leadership from politicians, businesses, voluntary organizations and other institutions. Leadership exercised by project managers, teachers and others, at all levels of society. Leadership exercised by all of us as consumers, citizens and parents. A bottom up as well as a top down process. Leadership is about uniting an organization’s mission and purpose with the employees’ individual interests, in a way that makes both the company and its employees grow.
