AI is raising the floor. Good enough has never been easier, or less impressive. The advantage now lives beyond faster, and most organizations are prompting right past it. Julie Holmes helps leaders and teams use AI to stand out, not just keep up.

Julie speaks from the field, not the sidelines. A tech founder, inventor, and AI strategist with more than 20 years in technology, she has shaped software at Oracle and PeopleSoft, built products used in more than 50 countries, and sat on the buyer’s side too, as a Director of Technology responsible for making sure new tools delivered real value. Today she co-leads an AI agency, still building the technology she teaches. She can talk shop with the experts and light up a room full of people who’d rather not.

Her Second Story Strategy™ grew out of three years analyzing what separates the organizations that excel with AI from the ones that stall.
