He discusses where the opportunities are for businesses to leverage AI in the short term (adapting to specific industries) in order to create differentiation and improve product and services. He then discuss how to make this happen, how to decide what to build in-house and what to outsource, where the business value is. Finally, he discusses the long term strategic implications of AI, what it changes for business in the long run in terms of product positioning and strategic assets.
Most businesses need to adapt to new sustainability goals. Beyond the reporting and the “green washing”, he discusses where environmental efficiency gains are most likely to appear and how technology, including AI, can help companies accelerate toward their sustainability goals.
