Vanessa’s approach goes beyond traditional nutrition coaching. With a focus on practical, delicious, and realistic ways to incorporate healthy habits and balanced eating into even the busiest lifestyles, regardless of dietary preferences, Vanessa’s expertise lies in helping people achieve optimal health without restrictive dieting or deprivation.

As well as being a renowned 1:1 Coach, Vanessa delivers inspiring talks, workshops and group coaching for corporations, universities, and events. She has a passion for performance, food, and the environment that has driven her journey from a young age, where she experienced a binge eating disorder as a teenager and decided to turn her life around. Vanessa’s Cambridge University education in Social and Biological Anthropology, along with her experience running a plant-based recipe website, has equipped her with a unique skill set. Her years as a Sustainability Consultant and a sought-after Behaviour Change Consultant further enable her to guide others toward lasting transformation.
