Specialising in confidence, imposter syndrome and self sabotage; Yasmina works to break through personal barriers to address the structural barriers that prevent women and people in historically marginalised groups succeeding.

Yasmina Hedhli is the Chairwoman of an organisation which creates inclusive communities. She also has a training consultancy and works with organisations globally across a range of sectors, to develop solutions and initiatives to create meaningful inclusion. In addition, Yasmina has a private Coaching and Hypnotherapy practice where she helps her clients release subconscious blocks, limiting beliefs and unhelpful patterns of behaviour that are keeping them stuck personally and professionally.

After completing a Masters in International Economic Law, Justice and Development; Yasmina worked as a senior leader in the not-for-profit and education sectors. Always passionate about social justice and inclusion, Yasmina regularly found herself being the ‘only’ in many rooms, which inspired her to advocate for others and use her influence to affect positive change. Yasmina is passionate about helping organisations create equity, diversity and inclusion while supporting individuals to heal and thrive.
