In the third episode of the London Speaker Bureau webinar series, hosted by Emma Crosby, Robert Hannigan shared his insights into the pandemic from a technological perspective and in particular, the cyber threat. Hannigan also offered his advice for leaders on how to navigate this cyber age.
Robert Hannigan is a leading authority on cyber security and conflict. Having served as Director of GCHQ, the UK’s largest intelligence and security agency, from 2014-17, he is a source of great expertise on the application of technology in national security. Hannigan now works in the private sector, currently acting as Chairman of BlueVoyant International, a global cybersecurity services firm.
Emma Crosby is an experienced broadcast journalist and presented Channel 5’s flagship news programme for five years, leaving at the end of 2015. Previously Emma presented GMTV’s Morning Programme, and prior to that she was part of Sky News’ presenting team and regularly anchored Sunrise, Sky News Today and Sky News’ weekend programming.
