On 2 November, London’s Guildhall hosted the Thinkers50 London Summit and the first-ever Leaders50 Awards Gala, marking 25 years of the world’s most trusted ranking of management thinkers. The Thinkers50 London Summit & Leaders50 Awards Gala honours leaders reshaping how organisations lead. The Financial Times calls it the “Oscars of Management Thinking”.
Katie Lo, Managing Director, London Speaker Bureau:
“As a leading global resource for connecting organisations with influential leaders and experts, the London Speaker Bureau is proud to partner with Thinkers50 on the Radar 2026 list – reflecting our shared commitment to amplify bold ideas and actionable insights that will shape the future of both business and government.”
Under the theme “Leading in a Fragmented World”, the day explored three questions facing every leadership team: how to turn purpose into action, how to make AI work for people, and how to attract and keep great talent. Speakers included Erin Meyer, INSEAD professor and author of The Culture Map; Jesper Brodin, Chair of The Earthshot Prize and former CEO of Ingka Group; and Rahaf Harfoush, digital anthropologist and New York Times bestselling author, alongside Ranjay Gulati, Paula Assis, Keith Ferrazzi and Liz Wiseman.
Katie also joined a Thinkers50 development session, “Creating a Global Thought Leader Position”, sharing an insider’s view of the speaking industry. Her message was that it’s about far more than putting people on stages. It’s about connecting people with the right ideas at the right time. Expertise alone doesn’t create demand, and, as with leadership, there’s no single route to impact.

Note from LSB team:
Jesper led IKEA through two of the biggest transformations it has seen: its shift to omnichannel and embedding sustainability at the core of the business – while steering the company through unprecedented crises.”
He’s spent his career proving that sustainability and profit aren’t a trade-off, a conviction he now carries into his role chairing The Earthshot Prize and advising the UN Global Compact.
