Flavilla Fongang is the founder of 3 Colours Rule and an award-winning businesswoman, international keynote speaker, MD, and creative brand strategist.
Her topics of expertise are neurobranding, neurodesign, neuromarketing, and brand innovation. She was awarded the “She’s Mercedes” businesswoman award by Mercedes Benz among women such as Sheryl Sandberg, the COO of Facebook.
Flavilla Fongang is also the founder of Tech London Advocate – Black Women in Tech, Brains Tech Talk podcast, a guest brand specialist for BBC, was a guest marketing and brand strategy lecturer at Goldsmiths University, she mentors at London Metropolitan University and was named the most influential businesswoman by LinkedIn. Her creative branding and marketing agency have already received multiple awards. Her agency works predominantly in the tech sector.
Flavilla Fongang was recently invited at The Palais de l’Élysée by the President of France, Mr. Emmanuel Macron and the President of Ghana, Mr Nana Akufo-Addo to discuss business opportunities in Africa.
On top of being a creative brand strategist, Flavilla Fongang is also a colourology expert and a multi-entrepreneur. She was born & raised in Paris and moved to London in 2002 despite being unable to speak English. Within her first year in London, she obtained a BA in Economics & Law, a BA in Marketing & Communications and an MA in International Business with distinction.
Her determination extends to helping her clients achieve their goals and they appreciate her positive attitude and fun personality. As a result, Flavilla’s clients have achieved outstanding outcomes for their business. She believes and has seen businesses achieve more when they develop brands with authentic human purpose.
Flavilla Fongang has developed her creativity and experience working in different business environments: Africa, the Middle East, Asia, North/South America, and Europe. She has over 17 years of client management, marketing, branding, team management and leadership experience working with micro to large companies.
