Since 2016 Jurgen Heyman is the Global C.O.O. at Sales Performance International. Corporate Vice President of Sales Performance International (SPI) and Managing Director for SPI Europe. SPI is a global sales performance improvement firm, represented in 50 countries.
Jurgen has over 20 years experience in starting and managing Technology companies. He started his career as an engineer with Alcatel, and held management positions at CTG, Frango and Econocom and multiple software distribution companies. Jurgen first joined SPI in 1991 to establish its European Operations. He has worked with major SPI customers that deployed the Solution Selling® methodology in their European operations, building his expertise in Sales Process Methodology and Sales Transformation. He rejoined SPI as Corporate Vice President in January 2011 and is expanding the organisation structurally in the EMEA region.
He can address how organisations drive change in their sales teams, the demystification of sales functions and how sales is evolving into a science rather than an art. His wide experience with SPI’s global customers brings insights on how Sales Transformations happen or not, if a company does not have the courage to drive change throughout their teams. Jurgen is a thought leader on Sales 2.0 and how social media is driving the sales functions to be completely different.
