One of our consultants will get back to you soon
Kate Reardon has been Editor of Conde Nast’s Tatler since 2011.
In spite of an industry-wide decline in print circulation, under her editorship the magazine is thriving. Tatler is over three hundred years old and the oldest magazine in the UK. Reardon’s unparalleled insight into the lives and desires of her readers makes her one of the most exciting and effective champions of luxury publishing in the world.
Her career began when she was made fashion assistant at American Vogue at 19 years old. She was appointed fashion editor of Tatler at 21 (the youngest ever), has written columns for The Times (who named her one of Britain’s Best Writers) and has written for nearly every quality newspaper in the UK. Kate was a contributing editor at Vanity Fair for twelve years, and has worked as a brand consultant for Boodles, Marks & Spencer and Armani.
Reardon has also been a frontrunner in the digital publishing revolution. She was an advisory board member of Net a Porter from start up until 2010. In 2007 she founded her own women’s community site, TopTips.com which led to two best-selling books, a column in The Daily Mail and a weekly slot on GMTV.
Reardon has raised funds for several cancer charities since 1990 and in 2007 was awarded Life Membership of Cancer Research UK, who she continues to work for.
