Do Less, Deliver More. If your inbox feels like the Central line at 8.30am, this one’s for you. Everyone we interview tells us they’re being asked to do more with less. Leading to exhaustion, burnout and frustration: and the data shows it. This talk reframes the challenge because success comes not from piling it on, but from making different choices.
Ditching the “do more with less” sermon and instead getting practical about what to stop, start and simplify.
Christine shares nine research-backed steps teams can use immediately to win back time, sharpen focus and deliver without Sunday-night dread. Expect fewer zombie meetings, clearer priorities and the joy of crossing off the right things.
Clarity. Control. Results.

Manual Override 2030

Leading Humans in an AI World. AI is reshaping work, but no one knows how or what will happen this week let alone in 2030.
But leaders still need to lead and teams need clarity and confidence now.
This new, deeply practical talk is rooted in everything I already focus on: overwhelm, managing tech, connecting with people, intergenerational change and, crucially, creating the space to think deeply. If you’ve been following the vlog this summer, you’ll know we’ve been circling these themes — and this talk brings them together ensuring your people can flourish with the benefit of the technology. Not the other way around.
This session shares five models to help you scan the horizon, make human-centred calls and keep confidence high while the tech evolves. It is ‘compass, not crystal ball’: principles, analysis, experiments and skills to create a team that’s more in charge of the tech than tangled up in it.
Leadership. Human-centred. Practical.

Christine carries the torch to help your teams find the light. In her new series of interactive, one-off talks, she explores the latest research on managing energy for ourselves and others, overcoming conflict, vanquishing micro-stressors, and how finding ‘glimmers’ – tiny reminders of joy, peace and happiness and kindling for their phoenix – can help team members restore their energy and super-charge their productivity. -
