Prior to joining Finnair, Arti was a Partner & Director at BCG, where he served as Senior Advisor on the topic of AI@Scale, helping global organizations build AI capabilities that deliver measurable value while reshaping how leaders think, teams work, and decisions get made. His work sat at the intersection of technology, leadership, and culture, addressing the mindset shifts and behavioral changes that determine whether AI transformation truly takes hold. In this role, he advised many of BCG’s largest global clients on AI-driven growth and enterprise transformation, working directly with CEOs and executive teams worldwide. He also served as Interim Head of Advanced Analytics and AI for one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds in the Middle East, building its AI organization and operating model from the ground up.
Earlier, as Chief Data and Analytics Officer at H&M Group, Arti played a defining role in the company’s transformation from digital laggard to data- and AI-powered industry leader, pairing advanced analytics & AI with deep organizational change, new leadership mindsets, and embedded ways of working across global markets.
