He created a one-of-a-kind multi-media keynote experience for audiences that blends breathtaking live piano performance with video, images, and audience interaction. The serious message lands solidly – delivered with unforgettable humor, storytelling, and practical business insights.

Music brings people together like nothing else, and Felipe inspires individuals and organizations to think differently, lead boldly, and perform at their very best. Having delivered more than 1,300 presentations in 36 countries, Felipe has earned a global reputation for presentations that are high impact and fun – moving hearts, changing minds, and helping people flourish so they can become virtuosos and achieve extraordinary things…together.

Before pursuing speaking full-time, Felipe spent more than 25 years as an entrepreneur, senior executive, and business leader. He built companies, launched new ventures, led multicultural teams, and guided organizations through growth, innovation, and change. As managing director of Compass Group Colombia, he tripled the division’s revenue and increased operating profits by 130 percent. He later served as Innovation and International Business Development Director for Latin America, led the successful launch of Farmacity in Colombia, and co-founded Azurian, one of Latin America’s pioneering internet consulting firms.

That real-world leadership experience gives Felipe a perspective few keynote speakers possess.
