AI might not be coming for your job, but someone who knows how to use it might be… If last year was the age of AI hype, this is the year of implementation. Everybody’s talking about AI, but few will admit how far behind they feel. Georgia’s most requested keynote opens with the shame around this new technology, divides the room into explorers and avoiders and, despite having worked inside AI since 2016, proclaims that anybody who says they know everything about AI is lying. From there she reveals how she’s actually using the tools: the agents running inside her own business, live demos of products she’s built and the everyday uses that take ten minutes rather than a transformation programme. Her line is that AI probably isn’t coming for your job, but someone who knows how to use it might be, and that the skill isn’t being good at AI, it’s being good at your role and able to clearly explain and delegate your workflow. Audiences leave with critical thinking, play and intellectual humility as the things worth cultivating, and something they can try the next morning.

Agentic AI: knowing what you want is the skill

If an AI Assistant is a map, an AI Agent is the car that’ll drive you there. Using insights from shaping AI interactions inside big tech for over a decade, along with building cutting-edge agents inside her own business, Georgia shows audiences what agents can genuinely do today and where they still fall short. Her argument: when execution is cheap, the bottleneck becomes knowing what you actually want, because most failures aren’t really about the model – they are failures to define the problem. She covers how to decide whether to delegate a task to an agent in the first place, how to define a problem properly before automating it, and why management has become AI literacy now that everyone is running an agentic team.

Georgia’s most personal keynote, first presented at King’s College London’s Neuroscience Department, explores what it means to be human in an age of intelligent machines. As systems can generate a million ideas a second, the challenge becomes knowing what we want to spend a million seconds of our time on. Georgia shares her ideology of AI as a mirror, what she learned building an AI version of her therapist, designing ‘tough love bots’ as an antidote to overly agreeable systems, and why, in a world of infinite content, having an opinion and knowing what you want is the rarest and most valuable resource.

Prompting 101: how to go from human intention to machine execution using Georgia’s ‘Words as Tools’ framework, developed from designing AI personalities and interactions at Microsoft, Meta and Google. She teaches structures and systems for prompting, the importance of building prompting libraries, how to get AI writing in a voice that genuinely sounds like you, why sometimes the prompting is the thinking, and how habits like British politeness can actually make you worse at using AI effectively.

As a non-technical person in tech, Georgia has spent over a decade as a creative in a sea of engineers. While many creatives fear AI replacing them, she asks instead: how can we use this technology to amplify human imagination? Drawing on workshops based on an ‘AI-ified’ version of Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way (Artist’s W-AI) and her work teaching AI for creativity at Apple, she explores AI as a mirror, why play is the highest form of research, why being willing to be a ‘bad artist’ is now a competitive advantage, and whether human silliness might be the most important API in a world where machines thrive on structure and pattern recognition.
