Prithvi Shergill is an experienced Corporate Business Officer with a background working in the information technology and services industry. The former Chief Human Resources Officer at HCL Technologies, Shergill left the company in March 2017 to work as an independent consultant for breakthrough startups in the HR technology space. He is currently the Head of Talent Enablement and Workplace Design at Smarten Spaces a company he co-founded in April 2017.

Between 2012-17, Shergill was the Chief Human Resources Officer at HCL, supporting the HR team and helping to guide the senior leadership team to shape the business strategy, identify human capital implications as well as design and deploy people practices to enhance performance and productivity.
